Shipping policy

We currently offer a $10.00 flat rate shipping on all orders. We will freight with the two options below, depending on customer shipping address.

(i) Australia Post

(ii) Aramex

We do not charge for shipping for any spend over $100.00.

We provide free local delivery to postcodes 4510 / 4511 / 4507!

Your orders are shipped 24-48 hours after receipt & all include tracking.

Providing the correct address is essential, as our labels are printed on receipt of your order and booked in that day with our courier services for next day collection, so no changes can be made after this time, please double check before submitting your order. 

We ensure safe packaging with careful eco-friendly packaging boxes/padding and protection.

You always receive your order confirmation email (please ensure you supply your email address) within one minute of purchasing with us,, and tracking numbers and shipping updates via your email provided. Check your spam if it's not in your inbox please.

We may on occasion use Australia Post and Australia Post Express for shipping to outback areas including NT and WA, as we find that it can be more expedient. You will get tracking information with your order confirmation email (as above).

What to do if order has not arrived on time:

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. 

If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
